Children are king of creativity. When they are creating something new they have a completely attention and the results inspire pride and satisfaction. As adults, we easy forget the joy of creativity, relying as we do on processes and procedures to organize our workdays. Using soft skills, we can harness the benefits of creativity in all areas of our life.

7. Strategic Vision
The ability to translate past trends and current situations into a prediction of the future is a soft skill. When we get it right, we are a step ahead of our competitors; we can be more proactive; we acquire resources more efficiently and we spend on initiatives that are targeted at future growth, rather than spending on fighting problems in the present.
